A: Yes, once charged you can use the lamp without any power source.
Q: Can I charge any device on it?
A: All devices that are wireless charging compatible can be charged on it. The Speaker needs to be connected to a power source at the time of charging. Device would not be charged when the device is not connected to a power source.
Also note, the inbuilt wireless charger is 15W wireless charger. It is in no means a fast charger , hence it would charge accordingly. Do not expect your device to be charged in a similar manner as it would be done using a fast charger.
